Though of low social status, Will's bravery and kindness remove Katie's suspicion and win her love. Katie and Will together work to solve the mystery of the missing girl and the lost ship as God gives the couple the desire of their hearts.

Margie's comments: The Lightkeeper's Bride is the second in Colleen Coble's series set around a lighthouse on the Pacific coast. The mixture of mystery, history, and romance is a perfect blend in this delightful story. And Will and Katie are once again very real characters with flaws who strive to serve the Lord first in their lives. While this book is a part of a series, it very definitely stands alone. You don't have to read The Lightkeeper's Daughter in order to keep up with the story. It was good to "visit" with the characters in the first book again. I highly recommend this book to readers of mystery and history and romance.
