Margie's Comments:  Wow! Soul's Gate by Jim Rubart is a powerful, soul-searching read. While the main theme is freedom, specifically the freedom believers have in Christ, the reality of spiritual warfare on a level many cannot comprehend runs a close second. This is a fast-paced novel intertwining the lives of the characters in many unexpected twists and turns. Because of some personal spiritual issues, I identified with Reece in unexpected ways. Several times, words spoken to him by his spiritual mentor were the very words I needed to hear. Soul's Gate isn't a "light" read, but it contains a message today's believers need to hear. I highly recommend this book and I look forward to reading the rest in this series.
